Role & responsibilities

- Conducting the audit assignments as per annual audit plan approved by audit committee with value additions.
- Discussions of audit observations with auditee, reporting to unit Audit Heads; providing suggestions for minimizing the discrepancies in the audited areas.
- Thorough audit assignments suggest for process improvement and cost reduction programs.
- Independently drafting the internal audit report, ensuing that the issues are adequately communicated and is supported with facts.
- Pre audit of high value Purchase order, ensure that PO is validated after checking of quotation, NFA, DOFP, material specification, payment terms and other clause,
- statutory compliance, PR, stock position, option to transfer the stock & looking to consumption pattern.
- Tracking & consolidation of all handled audit assignments action plan agreed by management.
- Preparation of monthly performance report for pre audit report.
- Monitor all pending issues,



issue reminders to Auditees for timely closure of issues and escalate overdue matters.
- Undertake & implement initiatives in the nature of Internal audit process improvement, data analytics, recent / improved company system/process, better internal control, etc.
- Assisting reporting officer during review of special assignments.
- Provide timely input for departmental MIS which includes Tracking & consolidation of all activities carried out.

Preferred candidate profile Qualified CA / ICWA with 5 to 10 year of experience in manufacturing industries,
