As we expand our international operations, we are looking for enthusiastic, ambitious and career-oriented individuals to join us as Interns in International Healthcare Recruitment.

The Opportunity

We are looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment, talent acquisition and international workforce solutions.

You will work closely with our recruitment team and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, engaging and managing healthcare professionals aspiring to build careers overseas.

Our intent is to develop talent from within. High-performing interns who demonstrate ownership, learning agility, consistency and the right professional attitude will be considered for permanent employment opportunities with 3N Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, for international employment opportunities.
- Identify potential candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening and assess suitability against job requirements.
- Connect with candidates, explain international career opportunities and coordinate initial discussions.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily MIS reports.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and candidate documentation.




- Support the recruitment team in managing candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
- Learn and understand international recruitment processes, overseas employment requirements and healthcare talent mobility.
- Work towards defined sourcing and productivity objectives under the guidance of the recruitment team.

Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence in interacting with people.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word and internet-based research.
- Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
- Proactive attitude, positive mindset and willingness to take ownership.
- Interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and international career opportunities.
