We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for the position of Interior Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive. The candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and assisting in customer onboarding.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain interior design services.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic information about services.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and project needs.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings with customers.
- Maintain customer details and update lead information regularly.




- Build good relationships with customers through effective communication.

Skills Required:

- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Telugu, English and Hindi is preferred.
- Confident in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with positive communication skills are preferred.
- Interest in customer interaction and the interior design industry is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
