1. Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ( 5-20 years) and dedicated Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise interior fit-out and civil finishing activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, manpower management, material coordination, quality control, safety compliance and timely completion of assigned work as per approved drawings, specifications and project schedules. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of commercial interiors, retail fit-outs, office interiors and turnkey interior projects.
1. Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise daily interior and civil execution activities at the project site.
- Execute work as per approved architectural, civil and interior drawings.
- Coordinate and monitor activities including:
- Gypsum board partition and false ceiling.
- POP, putty and painting works.
- Flooring – tiles, granite, marble and vinyl.
- Modular furniture, carpentry and laminate works.
- Glass partitions, doors and glazing.
- Wall panelling and decorative finishes.
- Doors, hardware and accessories installation.
- Electrical and HVAC coordination.
- Ensure proper sequencing and execution of all activities.

B. Manpower & Contractor Management

- Manage daily manpower, subcontractors and labour teams.
- Allocate work and monitor productivity.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site workers.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
- Maintain daily labour attendance and manpower reports.

C. Drawing & Technical Coordination

- Read and understand architectural, civil and interior drawings.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineers and Design Team.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and site execution issues.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Report any site-related technical issues for timely resolution.

D. Material & Procurement Coordination

- Prepare daily and upcoming material requirements.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.
- Check the quality and quantity of materials received at site.
- Maintain material consumption and wastage records.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

E. Quality Control

- Ensure workmanship and finishing quality as per project standards.
- Inspect ongoing and completed work.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment and finishing.




- Identify and rectify defective or incomplete work.
- Coordinate snagging, rectification and final handover activities.

F. Project Planning & Reporting

- Execute work according to the project schedule and milestones.
- Prepare daily progress reports with photographs.
- Monitor planned versus actual progress.
- Highlight delays, resource shortages and execution challenges.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager to achieve timely completion.

G. Safety & Site Management

- Ensure workers follow site safety rules and PPE requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness.
- Ensure safe working practices during all activities.
- Coordinate with the safety team and follow client/site safety guidelines.

1. Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Knowledge of civil and interior finishing materials.
- Understanding of BOQ, quantity measurements and material calculations.
- Knowledge of gypsum, carpentry, flooring, painting and ceiling works.
- Knowledge of site execution methodology and work sequencing.
- Ability to identify technical issues and provide practical solutions.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, WhatsApp reporting and site documentation.

1. Educational Qualification

- Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Interior Design preferred.
- B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering candidates may also apply.
- Candidates with relevant practical site experience will be preferred.

1. Experience Requirements

- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in interior site execution and supervision.
- Experience in commercial interiors, retail outlets, showrooms, offices, malls or corporate fit-out projects.
- Experience in managing multiple contractors and labour teams.
- Experience in executing projects within defined timelines and quality standards.

1. Performance Evaluation (KPI)

The candidate's performance will be evaluated based on:
- Timely completion of assigned site activities.
- Quality of workmanship and finishing.
- Effective manpower and contractor management.
- Material planning and wastage control.
- Compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Daily progress reporting and documentation.
- Safety compliance and site housekeeping.
- Timely closure of snags and handover activities.

1. Additional Requirements

- Must be willing to travel to project sites as required.
- Must be comfortable working at project locations across Delhi NCR and other locations.
- Must be capable of independently handling site execution activities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
