About the role You own the delivery of the projects given to you, from the day drawings are released until handover. Dates, quality, cost and the client's experience are your responsibility.

- What you'll do:

* Run each project: plan, dates, budget, quality and handover
- Make the weekly plan, with owners, days and order-by dates for material
- Go through drawings with the site team before they are released, and sort out queries with the design team
- Work with procurement so material is on site before work starts
- Manage contractors: written work orders, transparent scope, and payments held back until snags are cleared
- Track cost against budget. Any client change is put in writing and priced
- Check site readiness each day (material, workers, drawings) and deal with problems,



or escalate them as agreed
- Do an internal snag check before the client walkthrough, and prepare the handover
- Give a short weekly update on dates, risks and money

- What we're looking for:

* About 4 to 7 years in residential interior execution, ideally turnkey
- Reads drawings well, and understands civil, electrical, POP, carpentry, painting and finishing
- Confident working with contractors and vendors
- Organised, firm and fair, and clear in how you communicate
- Honest about problems early

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
