Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-facing Interior Designer / Interior Design Engineer with experience in commercial and corporate office interior design projects.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of interior design concepts, space planning and office layouts, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills.

This role requires someone who can independently interact with clients, understand their requirements, present design concepts and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective office interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical office interior design concepts.
- Independently interact with clients, conduct meetings and gather project requirements.
- Present design concepts, layouts, space plans and suggestions to clients.
- Handle client discussions confidently and build solid professional relationships.
- Work on commercial and corporate office interior design projects, including workstations, cabins, conference rooms, reception areas and collaborative spaces.
- Coordinate with architects, design teams, vendors and site execution teams.
- Ensure designs meet client expectations, functionality and project requirements.
- Support project coordination from initial design discussions through execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Interior Design,



Interior Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in interior designing, preferably in commercial or corporate office projects.
- Strong understanding of office interior design, space planning and layout development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max or other relevant design tools.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client-facing and client-management capabilities.
- Ability to independently attend client meetings, understand requirements and explain design concepts.
- Confident, proactive and comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with experience in corporate office interiors, commercial spaces and workplace design will be strongly preferred.
- Must be comfortable meeting clients, conducting discussions and presenting design solutions.
- Should possess both technical design knowledge and strong interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with only backend designing experience and limited client interaction may not be suitable.

Preference: Commercial / Corporate Office Interior Designing experience is the first priority. Residential / Home Interior Designing experience will be considered only as a secondary preference. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
