About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Interior Sales/ Executives /Deputy Manager with mandatory experience in the interior design industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills, a passion for interior design, and the ability to convert leads into confirmed bookings by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the company's interior design offerings, including products, materials, finishes, pricing, and design options.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads to drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Engage with prospective customers through calls, meetings, presentations, and consistent follow-ups.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend customized interior design solutions.
- Build strong client relationships and guide customers throughout the sales and decision-making process.




- Coordinate with design and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from booking to project execution.
- Negotiate pricing, address customer queries, and drive successful deal closures.
- Maintain accurate lead records, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities.

Requirements
- Mandatory experience in interior sales or the interior design industry.
- 212 years of relevant experience in interior sales, home interiors, or related sales roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, client handling, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and achieve sales targets.
- Customer-focused approach with solid problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification preferred.
