We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Insurance Sales Executive to promote and sell insurance products to potential customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable insurance plans, and achieving sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through telecalling, referrals, and other sales channels.
Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products. Explain insurance policies, benefits, premiums, and terms to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans. Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
Maintain robust customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Assist customers with policy renewals and documentation. Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate sales records.
