Job Title: Instructional Designer | Bangalore (In office)

We are hiring Instructional Designers for an on-site opportunity in Bangalore.

Experience: Open to Instructional Designers across all experience levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop engaging and effective learning solutions.
- Create storyboards, course structures, assessments, and instructional content.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to digital learning content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to understand learning requirements.
- Develop and review eLearning content to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Work with authoring tools and learning technologies as required.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies.
- Experience in developing eLearning courses, storyboards, or digital learning content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate learning requirements into structured and engaging learning solutions.
- Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems is preferred.
