Responsibilities

- Understand client training needs and develop effective learning solutions.

- Conduct training needs analysis and create course outlines and curricula.

- Develop storyboards, training content, templates, and learning materials.

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and review training deliverables.

- Ensure content quality and follow project standards.

- Identify risks and suggest improvements to learning solutions.

- Use instructional design tools to develop engaging training materials.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in instructional design and content development.

- Strong skills in Instructional Design, Storyboarding, or Articulate Storyline.

- Experience developing instructor-led training, web-based training, simulations, and job aids.

- Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, or WalkMe.

- Solid communication, writing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
