Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to enquire about our products. by answering all their doubts about the products and suggest appropriate products as per their requirement.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions through effective communication skills.
- Make outbound calls to targeted lists and convert them into customers - could be companies for gifting, gated communities, elite customers.
- This is low pressure job with no targets. The emphasis is on high quality interaction with customers who are all refined and high profile people.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in B2C sales or telemarketing/telecalling industry.
- Robust background in inbound sales, inbound calls, inside sales, or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
