WHAT YOU WILL OWN

· Respond promptly and professionally to inbound enquiries from calls, digital campaigns, the website, events and other channels.

· Run structured discovery conversations to understand industry, application, requirement, urgency and purchase readiness; qualify and prioritise every lead.

· Record complete information and call notes in the CRM, maintain accurate pipeline stages, schedule follow-ups and prevent lead leakage.

· Coordinate warm hand-offs to regional sales teams and track next actions so every qualified chance moves forward.

· Maintain Excel-based trackers and CRM reports covering lead status, response time, follow-up discipline and conversion trends.

· Deliver a consistent customer experience through active listening, clear communication and confident objection handling.

WHAT YOU BRING

· Minimum 3 years in inside sales, pre-sales, contact centres or phone-led customer engagement; real estate or B2B manufacturing exposure preferred.

· Excellent spoken English and Hindi,



with confidence handling a high volume of customer conversations; additional Indian languages are an advantage.

· Hands-on proficiency with CRM systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills, including practical reporting, filters and lookups.

· A warm, assured telephone manner, strong listening ability, process discipline and a customer-first mindset.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

Full training on Pune Gas products, solutions and qualification processes will be provided. Prior experience with industrial enquiries and multi-stage lead qualification is an advantage.
