We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive - Tamil to help us grow our customer base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will actively identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, understand customer requirements, and support the sales process from lead generation to order closure. Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory for this role.

Job Responsibilities

- Identify and qualify potential leads through online research, inbound inquiries, and outbound communication.
- Initiate and maintain contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Prepare and send quotations and proposals, and follow up with prospects to close orders.
- Maintain and update leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in Zoho CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly,



and monthly sales targets and follow-up goals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to communicate effectively with customers.

Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Lead Generation.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM tools; Zoho CRM is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory for this role.
