Key Responsibilities

· Generate leads independently through outbound calling, prospecting, and other sales channels.

· Identify potential customers, qualify leads, and understand their business requirements.

· Conduct sales pitches and product or service demonstrations.

· Manage regular follow-ups with prospective customers to drive conversions.

· Negotiate with prospects and manage the sales pipeline through final closure.

· Achieve assigned monthly or quarterly sales targets.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

· Use CRM tools, MS Excel, or Google Sheets to track sales activities and pipeline progress.

· Monitor conversion rates and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.

· Provide regular updates on sales activities,



target achievements, and closures.

Required Skills

· 1–3 years of relevant Inside Sales experience.

· Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, prospecting, and sales conversion.

· Experience handling the complete sales cycle, including negotiation and final closure.

· Robust verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.

· Excellent persuasion, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

· Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel or Google Sheets.

· Ability to work with sales targets and demonstrate measurable achievements.

· Comfortable working from the office six days a week.

· Candidates must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.

· Candidates must be comfortable with multiple rounds of interviews, including face-to-face rounds at the client office.
