We are hiring dynamic, target-driven Inside Sales Associates to join our growing corporate sales division in Bangalore. This role focuses on high-impact customer consulting, product optimization, and driving sales growth through professional engagement. Salary Structure

Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month (Based on experience)

- 0–23 Months Experience: ₹21,000 – ₹25,000 CTC per month
- 24+ Months Experience: ₹27,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Exceed individual and team performance metrics through proactive customer consulting.
- Revenue Optimization: Drive higher transaction conversion rates, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Product Consulting: Assist clients with premium product features, variants, and specialized accessories.
- Operations: Manage account billing, secure digital payment processing,



inventory tracking, and operational service standards.

Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduation preferred / required as per company norms.
- Experience: Relevant customer-facing or sales experience preferred (2+ years highly valued). Senior Associate or Team Leader experience is a distinct advantage.
- Languages: Robust communication skills in English (B2+ level), Hindi, and the local language.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in rotational operational shifts.
