Role & responsibilities

- Contact potential customers through outbound calls and explain Marketvisa's Personal Finance Course.

- Understand customer requirements and communicate the course benefits, features and curriculum effectively.

- Convert interested prospects into enrolled students through effective sales conversations.

- Handle customer queries, objections and pricing-related concerns confidently.

- Follow up consistently with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp to maximise conversions.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Maintain proper records of customer interactions, follow-ups and sales conversions in the company's CRM.

- Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth enrolment and onboarding experience for students.

- Take ownership of the complete sales process, from the initial enquiry to successful enrolment.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales,



Telecalling or Business Development.

- Candidates with experience in EdTech, education, financial services or other service-based sales will be preferred.

- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.

- Must be confident in making outbound calls and converting leads into paying customers.

- Experience working with sales targets and lead follow-ups is preferred.

- Must have a target-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.

- Fluency in Malayalam is essential; positive English communication skills are preferred.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools.

- Must be willing to work full-time from our Kochi office.

- Freshers without prior sales experience are not eligible.
