We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive with strong communication, customer handling and sales conversion skills.

The candidate will manage inbound and outbound enquiries, understand customer requirements, provide quotations and convert leads into confirmed bookings for relocation, packing, moving and storage services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and customer enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and prepare accurate service quotations.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain customer information, sales records and daily activity reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Build customer relationships and ensure a positive service experience.

- Experience in a service-based industry will be preferred.
- Robust convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
