We need for Design Engineer
Location: sriperambusur
Experience:3 to 10
Skill
- Design plastic injection moulds using Cimatron CAD software.
- Develop 3D mould designs and 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Design core, cavity, inserts, sliders, lifters, and ejector systems.
- Understand plastic component drawings and convert them into mould designs.
- Perform parting line, parting surface, and gate location design.
- Ensure proper cooling channel and ejection system design.
- Check mould design feasibility and identify potential manufacturing issues.
- Coordinate with manufacturing, tooling, and production teams.
