Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer with 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), specializing in SailPoint IdentityIQ / SailPoint IdentityNow implementations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support scalable identity governance solutions, ensuring secure and efficient access management across enterprise systems.
Technical Skills Required
Core Skills
- Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of SailPoint IdentityNow (preferred)
- Proficiency in:
- Java / BeanShell scripting
- SQL and database concepts
- XML and JSON
- Access Certifications
- Provisioning & De-provisioning
- Experience with:
- Compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Audit support and reporting
Soft Skills
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Experience in leading discussions with business and technical teams
Preferred Qualifications
- SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer / IdentityNow Professional)
- Experience in cloud IAM and modern identity patterns
- Exposure to:
- Event-driven architecture
- Non-human identity governance (service accounts, bots)
Experience
- 8+ years in IAM domain
- 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint development experience
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating with HR systems (e.g., Workday)
- Knowledge of **Okta / Azure AD
- Exposure to microservices-based IAM architecture
