- Eliminate recurring problems, not just temporary fixes
- Support shift teams in troubleshooting critical issues

1. Process Stability & SOP Discipline

- Define, implement, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs)

- Ensure consistency across

- Shifts

- Operators

- Machines
- Monitor process parameters and control limits
- Drive process standardization and repeatability

1. Productivity & Manpower Optimization

- Analyze manpower deployment and identify reduction opportunities

- Drive

- Work balancing

- Line optimization
- Multi-skilling
- Improve output per man-hour
- Reduce dependency on highly skilled operators

1. Automation & Digitization

- Identify opportunities for:
- Semi-automation

- Full automation
- Low-cost automation
- Work with Automation / CAPEX teams to:

- Define requirements

- Implement solutions

- Validate improvements

- Support integration of

- PLC / HMI systems





- Production monitoring

1. Process Improvement & Cost Reduction

- Lead continuous improvement projects

- Focus on
