Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineering professional with hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Manufacturing and Heavy Fabrication. The candidate should have strong expertise in manufacturing process planning, production optimisation, workflow improvement, and productivity enhancement.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimise industrial engineering processes for sheet metal and heavy fabrication operations.
- Conduct time and motion studies, cycle time analysis, and manpower productivity assessments.
- Prepare process plans, production layouts, and workflow designs.
- Identify manufacturing bottlenecks and implement process improvement solutions.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve machine utilisation, production capacity, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Procurement teams.
- Monitor productivity, manufacturing costs, and process performance.
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
- Implement cost-reduction and waste-elimination initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements
- B.Tech in Industrial Engineering is compulsory.
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant Industrial Engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal and Heavy Fabrication is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, process optimisation, and time studies.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and productivity improvement.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be highly preferred.
