We are looking for a seasoned Indirect Taxation professional to lead GST compliance, tax advisory, audit, and litigation activities for a large corporate environment. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in GST regulations, customs, tax assessments, and stakeholder management while driving compliance excellence and supporting strategic business decisions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Qualified CA with 8-15 years of relevant experience
- Extensive experience in GST compliance and reporting
- Strong exposure to GST audits, assessments, and litigation management
- Experience in indirect tax advisory and tax planning
- Knowledge of customs regulations and indirect tax frameworks
- Robust understanding of e-invoicing and e-way bill processes




- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end GST compliance activities, including filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and other statutory returns.
- Ensure timely reconciliation of GST data with financial records and books of accounts.
- Oversee e-invoicing and e-way bill compliance.
- Monitor indirect tax compliance across business operations and resolve reporting discrepancies.
- Advise internal stakeholders on GST and indirect tax implications for business transactions.
- Support business expansion initiatives, commercial contracts, and new projects through tax impact assessments.
- Identify tax optimization opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Partner with finance, procurement, legal, and operations teams on taxation matters.
- Handle GST audits, assessments, investigations, and departmental reviews.
- Draft and review responses to tax notices and regulatory queries.
- Represent the organization before tax authorities and support litigation matters.
- Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and legal advisors.




- Develop and strengthen tax compliance frameworks and internal controls.
- Drive process automation and continuous improvements within taxation functions.
- Stay updated on changes in GST laws, customs regulations, and indirect tax policies, ensuring timely implementation.
