Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls, website inquiries, WhatsApp queries, and walk-in customers.

- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance on products/services.

- Counsel prospective customers and explain key features, benefits, and pricing.

- Convert inquiries into admissions/sales through effective communication and follow-ups.

- Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain regular engagement.

- Address customer concerns and resolve queries professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.

- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.

- Generate referrals through excellent customer service.

- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

- Stay updated on company offerings,



promotions, and industry trends.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in any discipline.

- 0-5 years of experience in Sales, Counselling, Telecalling, Customer Support, or Business Development.

- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

- Fluent in English and Telugu; Hindi will be an added advantage.

- Solid passion for sales and customer interaction.

- Ability to understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions.

- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office applications.
