Role & responsibilities

- Graduate or Undergraduate with 6 months experience in international voice process and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in international voice and non-voice processes; meet quality and productivity targets
- CTC 4.5 LPA plus travel allowance, incentives, and cab facility

Preferred candidate profile
