We are hiring for Import Customer Service Executive - Customs Clearance

Location: Mumbai

Salary: Upto 3 Lakhs per annum

Valuable English communication and writing skills are mandatory.

Check import shipment pre-alerts and follow up with overseas agents.

Prepare and send Cargo Arrival Notices (CAN) to customers.

Prepare freight quotations and share them with customers.

Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations and competitive rates.

Contact customers for service feedback, customer satisfaction, and business development opportunities.

Verify and coordinate corrections to invoices received from co-loaders, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.

Handle import manifest filing and coordinate with shipping lines and airlines.

Prepare Daily Status Reports (DSR)



and other operational reports.

Arrange and issue Delivery Orders (DO) from airlines and shipping lines.

Coordinate with relevant parties for shipment clearance and delivery.

Knowledge of preparing shipping line bonds for CFS movement will be an added advantage.

Perform additional operational and customer service activities as assigned by management.

Experienced in Bill of entry, HSN Code, Checklist Preparations.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
