Role Summary:

We are hiring an Implementation & Delivery Manager to own two key outcomes. The first is getting new clients live quickly: you will take ownership of every deal closed by our sales team and ensure the client is onboarded and live on Navio OS in the shortest possible time.

The second is delivering for existing clients: when a live client raises a change request or a new requirement, you will understand it, assess its feasibility with the tech team and drive it through to delivery. You will be the primary link between clients, sales, support and developers. This is a hands-on, technical, client-facing role. You will not write code, but you will work closely with developers every day.

Key Responsibilities:

A. New Client Implementation:

1. Take a structured handover from sales covering scope, commitments and client expectations.

2. Lead client kick-off, understand business workflows and build a clear go-live plan.

3. Work with the tech team on platform setup, data migration and integrations.

4. Drive testing, UAT and user training to get the client live in the shortest possible time.

B. Existing Client Requirements:

1. Capture change requests and new requirements from live clients.

2. Assess feasibility, effort and timelines with developers and recommend the best approach.

3. Agree scope, timelines and any commercial impact with the client and founder before work begins.

4. Convert approved requests into user stories and acceptance criteria, and track them through development, QA and release.

C. Delivery Ownership:

1. Plan timelines and coordinate development, QA, UAT and production releases.

2. Track commitments, remove blockers and share regular progress updates with clients and internal teams.

3. Escalate risks and scope changes early.

4. Work with the support team to triage and resolve client issues quickly.

Maintain documentation, decisions, change requests and delivery status.

6. Convert client feedback into product improvement recommendations and prioritise them with the founder.

7. Use AI tools to improve documentation, analysis and testing.

Must Have:

1. 3+ years of experience delivering or implementing B2B software for business customers.

2. Proven experience managing client relationships and converting requirements into developer-ready work.

3. Experience coordinating development, testing, UAT and releases through to go-live.

4. Working technical knowledge: reading API documentation, testing APIs (e.g. Postman), writing basic SQL queries, and understanding the SDLC, Agile/Scrum and dev/staging/production environments.

5. Solid ownership, clear communication, prioritisation and follow-up across multiple stakeholders.

Good to Have:

Experience in SaaS, legal technology, contract management, compliance or workflow software will be an advantage, as will exposure to enterprise integrations. A technical background such as a B.Tech, BCA, MCA or similar degree is also preferred.
