KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Acquire new Savings Accounts (SA) and Current Accounts (CA) through open market and field sales activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Generate business through references, leads, local market activities and customer engagement.
- Identify potential business opportunities and drive CASA acquisition targets.
- Promote the bank's products and services to individuals, professionals, traders and businesses.
- Ensure a smooth account-opening process and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

CANDIDATE PROFILE




- Experience in CASA Sales / Acquisition / Liability Sales.
- Candidates from Banking, NBFC and BFSI sales backgrounds preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to generate leads through field sales and market networking.
- Graduate in any discipline.
