ICT Teacher – Grades 9 to 12 | Python, SQL & Informatics Practices

Tatva Global School, a CBSE school in Gajularamaram, Hyderabad, invites applications for a full-time ICT Teacher to teach Grades 9 to 12.

We are looking for an experienced educator who combines strong technical knowledge with explicit explanations and effective practical teaching. The ideal candidate will help students develop programming skills, computational thinking and confidence in applying technology to real-world problems.

Position Details

- Grades: 9 to 12
- Employment: Full-time
- Joining date: 1 March 2027
- Working days: Monday to Saturday
- Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Remuneration will match the best in the industry.

Required Qualifications and Experience

- MCA with B.Ed.
- A minimum of 3 years of high school teaching experience.
- Strong communication, classroom management and lesson-planning skills.
- Ability to support students with different levels of technical understanding.

Technical Knowledge and Teaching Skills Candidates should demonstrate sound knowledge of:

- Python programming: data types, operators, conditional statements, loops, lists, dictionaries and debugging.
- RDBMS, MySQL and SQL: database concepts, keys, table creation, data manipulation, filtering, sorting, functions, grouping and joins.
- Computational Thinking and Artificial Intelligence: logical reasoning, decomposition, algorithmic thinking, foundational AI concepts and responsible AI use.
- Computer systems, networking fundamentals, internet concepts and web technologies.
- Digital citizenship, cybersecurity, privacy, copyright and ethical technology use.

An introductory understanding of emerging technologies such as machine learning, NLP, robotics, IoT,



cloud computing, big data, AR/VR and blockchain will support effective classroom teaching.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver structured theory and practical lessons appropriate to the assigned grades and subjects.
- Explain technical concepts through demonstrations, coding exercises and real-life applications.
- Guide students in writing, testing and debugging Python programs and SQL queries.
- Develop students’ ability to analyse data and present findings through suitable visualisations.
- Assess learning, identify gaps and provide targeted support.
- Guide practical records, projects and viva preparation, as applicable to the assigned courses.
- Prepare students for assessments and board examinations in the subjects assigned.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and well-managed computer lab.
- Promote original work, responsible AI use and appropriate referencing.
- Maintain lesson plans, assessment records and student progress documentation.
- Communicate constructively with parents and collaborate with colleagues.
