We are looking for an experienced Hydraulic Fitter / Hydraulic Technician to join our Rolling Mill Maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hydraulic equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in a rolling mill or steel plant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine inspection, lubrication, and maintenance of rolling mill machinery.

Maintain and troubleshoot roll neck bearings, chocks, gearboxes, and hydraulic systems.

Repair and maintain hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and related equipment.

Diagnose hydraulic equipment faults and implement corrective actions to minimize breakdowns.

Monitor hydraulic oil quality, pressure, temperature, and fluid levels.

Replace hydraulic filters and hydraulic fluids as required.

Identify and control oil contamination to ensure reliable hydraulic system performance.





Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and maximize mill uptime.

Follow maintenance procedures and workplace safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI Fitter qualification is mandatory.

4–10 years of relevant experience in hydraulic maintenance.

Hands-on experience with hydraulic pumps, cylinders, valves, and hydraulic circuits.

Knowledge of rolling mill machinery, bearings, chocks, and gearboxes.

Solid troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance skills.

Experience in a steel plant or rolling mill environment will be preferred.

Ability to perform preventive maintenance and minimize equipment downtime.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
