We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. The candidate should have practical knowledge of HVAC equipment and be capable of handling preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to compressors, motors, electrical components and cooling systems.
- Maintain and service chillers, AHUs, FCUs and ventilation systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure productive operation.
- Identify faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
- Follow workplace safety standards and maintenance procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant technical qualification.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in HVAC maintenance.
- Good knowledge of AC systems, chillers, AHUs and refrigeration equipment.
- Understanding of electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve technical issues.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with experience in industrial or commercial HVAC maintenance will be preferred.
- Should be technically sound, responsible and willing to work in a maintenance workplace.
