About Jay Kisan

Jay Kisan is an international company building a digital platform for farmers. It brings market rates, crop guidance, buying and selling of farm produce, and farm accounts together in one place, in the farmer’s own language. We are starting in Maharashtra from our Ahilyanagar office and will expand to every district of the state. Our app is launching soon, and we are building the team that will take it across Maharashtra.

What you will do

- Handle hiring from start to finish: post jobs on Indeed, Apna and social media, screen applications, call candidates and schedule interviews
- As we expand, hire for teams in different districts of Maharashtra
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates and coordinate offer letters and joining
- Onboard current joiners and keep their documents and employee records up to date
- Maintain attendance, leave and basic payroll inputs in Excel or Google Sheets
- Act as the first point of contact for employee questions and day-to-day HR issues
- Help set up HR policies and processes as the company grows

What we are looking for





- Graduate in any field. BBA/MBA (HR) is a plus
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment. Freshers with an MBA (HR) can also apply
- Fluent Marathi is required. Working Hindi and English
- Comfortable making many phone calls every day
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets
- Based in or near Ahilyanagar
- Open to occasional travel within Maharashtra

Job details

- Location: Bhistbag, Ahilyanagar (work from office)
- Salary: ₹ 15k to ₹ 30k per month
- Working days: Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM
- Joining: Immediate or within 10 days
