Role Description

This is a remote internship opportunity, ideal for individuals passionate about Human Resources. As an HR Intern, you will assist in day-to-day operational activities related to HR management. Responsibilities include learning and supporting HR policies,



assisting in employee benefit administration, participating in recruitment processes, and assisting in personnel management initiatives. Interns will also gain hands-on experience in HR strategies and organizational processes.

Qualifications

- Knowledge or foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Familiarity with HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Skills in Personnel Management
- Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
