We're looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and people-oriented HR professional who can help us build a strong team and create a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes.
- Create and publish job postings across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support employee engagement and team-building activities.
- Assist in developing HR policies and internal processes.
- Help build a positive and productive work workplace.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.




- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous HR or recruitment experience is an advantage.
