Role Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join us for a 3-month internship. There is no fixed stipend. Instead, you earn a closure-based incentive for every candidate you successfully close. You can work fully remote, or from our Bengaluru office if you prefer.

What You Will Do

- Source and screen candidates on LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates through offer and joining to drive closures
- Maintain candidate trackers and applicant records
- Help write job descriptions and recruitment outreach messages
- Research talent markets and compile hiring insights for clients

Who Should Apply

- Students or recent graduates in HR, MBA,



BBA, Psychology or related fields
- Strong written and spoken English
- Organised, curious and comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel
- Motivated by results and comfortable with incentive-based earnings
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition or people operations
- Available for 3 months
