- HR Executive (Recruiter) Company: Daasho.com Location: Initially Remote, later Chennai Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and communicative HR Recruiters to join our team at Daasho.com. The candidate will be responsible for recruiting sales professionals for our e-commerce business and ensuring timely hiring of suitable candidates.

Key Responsibilities - Source candidates for sales positions through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Identify candidates with positive communication, convincing, and sales skills.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary, and company details to applicants.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment status reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and successful closure of open positions.





Requirements - Any degree or equivalent qualification.

- Freshers are welcome to apply. -Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment - Willingness to make calls and achieve recruitment targets.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to learn.
