Position: HR Compliance & Leave Verification Specialist

? Location: Mani Casadona, Kolkata

? Experience: Freshers / Candidates with 1–3 years of experience

? Shift: US Shift (Starting at 7:30 PM IST)

? Cab Facility: Provided

? Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

? Salary: ₹3–3.5 LPA

? Open Positions: 20

? Joining Deadline: 4th November 2026

Key Responsibilities

- Review and verify employee leave requests, including bereavement and specialized leaves.
- Validate supporting documents with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle sensitive employee queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Identify discrepancies and potential policy violations.




- Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance documentation.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
