We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Recruiters to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Post job vacancies on various recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and selection status.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills:





- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet recruitment targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
