Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Operations Intern to support day-to-day HR activities and gain practical experience across various HR processes. The intern will assist the HR team with employee records, documentation, onboarding, HR systems, attendance, and employee queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.




- Support preparation and management of HR documentation and letters.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Coordinate with employees regarding routine HR-related queries.
- Prepare basic HR reports, trackers, and MIS.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and HR processes.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.
- Basic understanding of HRMS/HRIS is an advantage.

Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- Fresh MBA HR graduates are encouraged to apply.
