Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company HR policies at the client site.
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations at the site.
- Coordinate with Branch Office and Head Office for employee training and development initiatives.
- Handle recruitment and selection of contractual and permanent employees within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with clients regularly and resolve employee-related issues promptly.
- Ensure timely salary processing and payment for all employees deployed at the site.
- Manage contractual manpower, workforce planning and staffing requirements.
- Handle industrial relations (IR) matters and provide necessary HR guidance to the operations team.
- Implement employee engagement, welfare, reward and recognition initiatives.
- Promote diversity, equal employment opportunities and a positive work environment.




- Monitor manpower budgets and ensure staffing activities are aligned with company policies.
- Manage, motivate and develop the HR team through effective performance management.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in Facility Management / IFM / Manufacturing / Industrial sectors will be preferred.
