Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee-related activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
- Manage HRMS and ensure employee data is updated regularly.
- Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Handle employee queries and maintain effective communication between employees and management.
- Support employee engagement and team coordination activities.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.

Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 to 2years of experience in HR or recruitment.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and recruitment skills.
- Good interpersonal and team-management skills.
- Knowledge of HR operations, attendance management, and HRMS.
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR responsibilities.
