Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in end-to-end recruitment across the Real Estate and Fintech industries. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified professionals across business, sales, technical, finance, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Understand hiring requirements and job specifications from department heads.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical or managerial interviews.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

1. Real Estate Hiring

- Recruit professionals for real estate sales and business development.

- Hire candidates for property consultants, sales managers, relationship managers, channel partners, and CRM roles.

- Handle recruitment for project sales, site operations, marketing, and customer relationship teams.

- Understand real estate market hiring trends and candidate availability.

1. Fintech Hiring

- Recruit for fintech sales, business development, operations, and customer support.

- Handle hiring for relationship managers, loan officers, credit analysts, collections, and financial operations.

- Coordinate recruitment for technology roles such as software developers, QA, product, and data analysts,



as required.

- Understand fintech industry requirements and relevant candidate skill sets.

1. HR Operations & Reporting

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview schedules.

- Coordinate salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.

- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining commitments.

- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Required Skills

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment abilities.

- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

- Understanding of Real Estate and Fintech industry talent markets.

Qualifications

- MBA / PGDM in HR or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 2 to 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

- Experience in Real Estate and/or Fintech recruitment preferred.

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of positions closed per month.

- Time-to-hire.

- Quality of candidates hired.

- Offer-to-joining ratio.

- Recruitment turnaround time.

- Hiring manager satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate: A self-driven recruiter who can independently manage bulk and lateral hiring across Real Estate and Fintech business functions.
