Position: Human Resource Executive

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: Jaipur

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate interview schedules.
- Develop and maintain an active talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee records and ensure timely HRMS updates.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll-related inputs.




- Plan and support employee engagement initiatives and address employee concerns.
- Coordinate employee exit formalities and full & final settlement processes.

Who We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR, particularly recruitment and HR operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal, coordination, and relationship-management abilities.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities efficiently.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
