HR Project Management
- Take ownership of an assigned HR project from planning to execution under the guidance of the HR team.
- Conduct research, gather and analyze data, and prepare project reports and presentations.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, and stakeholders to collect inputs and feedback.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.
Outcome: The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and project management while contributing to key HR initiatives and supporting the overall HR team.
