Work Location: Vibhuti Khand, Gomtinagar, Lucknow

Purpose:

Responsible for identifying training needs and conducting effective training programs to improve employee skills, workforce productivity, and job performance, with special focus on unskilled and semi-skilled workers.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs of employees, skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers.
- Design and conduct technical, behavioral, induction, and safety training programs.
- Provide practical and hands-on training to unskilled workers to develop job-related skills.
- Train workers on the proper use of tools, equipment, machinery, and PPE.
- Conduct on-site demonstrations and practical skill assessments.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Coordinate with department heads and project teams to identify skill gaps.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor improvement in employee performance.
- Maintain training records, attendance,



feedback, and assessment reports.
- Ensure regular training programs across corporate offices and project sites.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, Education, or any relevant discipline.
- Certification in Training & Development will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Training & Development.
- Practical experience in training unskilled and semi-skilled workers is highly preferred.
- Experience in construction, civil, telecom, or infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Ability to explain concepts in simple language to workers with limited education.
- Expertise in practical and demonstration-based training.
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and ability to manage diverse groups of workers.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
