A reputed BPO in Guntur is looking for an enthusiastic, people-oriented and well-organized HR Trainee to join its growing team.

If you are an MBA HR fresher who enjoys interacting with people, coordinating recruitment and creating a positive workplace, this opportunity will give you valuable hands-on exposure to recruitment, HR operations and employee engagement.

Local candidates currently residing in Guntur are strongly preferred.

What You Will Do

- Coordinate recruitment activities as per project-wise manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
- Connect with candidates, conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with mid-level management and project teams on recruitment requirements and interview feedback.
- Track daily employee attendance, leave records and maintain HR documentation.
- Prepare recruitment and attendance reports using MS Excel.
- Support employee onboarding, employee queries and internal coordination.




- Plan fun activities and employee engagement initiatives at regular intervals.
- Identify communication or process gaps and bring them to management's attention.
- Maintain a positive rapport with employees and support smooth HR operations.

What We Are Looking For
- MBA HR / MBA with HR Specialization.
- Freshers and entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Positive communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good interpersonal skills, coordination and follow-up abilities.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn and readiness to take responsibility.
- Comfortable working in a growing, fast-paced BPO environment.
