HR & Sales Manager | INFINITEBOX

INFINITEBOX is a digital marketing and creative agency working across performance marketing, SEO, branding, design, and web development services.

We’re looking for an HR & Sales Manager to help us build our team and grow our client base. This role combines recruitment, people coordination, and business development - ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Team Coordination

- Manage recruitment, from posting jobs and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate team requirements, performance reviews, and employee engagement.
- Work with the founder to improve hiring processes and internal communication.

Sales & Business Development

- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, outreach, referrals, and inbound enquiries.
- Understand client requirements and recommend relevant agency services.
- Coordinate discovery calls,



proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up consistently, handle objections, and move opportunities towards closure.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and track leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth client handover.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in HR, recruitment, sales, or business development; exposure to both functions is preferred.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- An organised approach to follow-ups, documentation, and managing multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Agency or service-business experience is a plus.
