Position: Recruitment Consultant

Work Timings: Mon - Sat, 10 am to 7 pm (Week Off - Sun, 2nd/ 4th Sat)

Work Location: Chembur, Mumbai (Work from Office only)

Job Role

Execution & Delivery:

· Own the full recruitment life cycle for middle and senior management roles.

· Formulate rigorous search strategies using headhunting, mapping, and professional networks.

· Conduct deeply structured behavioral interviews to assess candidate-role alignment.

· Present curated, short-listed talent profiles with analytical evaluator notes to clients.

ATS & Data Management:

· Maintain absolute data hygiene by updating applicant records in real-time within the ATS.

· Parse, tag, and categorize inbound resumes using highly accurate skill keywords.

Client Interfacing & Relationship Management:

· Coordinate directly with client HR business partners to capture assignment briefs.

· Schedule multi-stage evaluation rounds and manage feedback loops efficiently.

Offer Management & Retention:

· Counsel candidates through resignation phases and counter-offer pressures.

· Build customized compensation proposals aligned with market indices and client budgets.

· Drive consistent post-offer engagement to mitigate drop-out risks before onboarding.





Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

· Experience: 0 to 5 years of solid experience within a Recruitment Agency setup.

· Domain Exposure: Track record of closing lateral positions across corporate functions.

· Success Metric: Past history of closing Lateral positions in MNCs at a PAN India level

Core Competencies:

· Advanced expertise in search strings and portal parsing algorithms.

· ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience operating major agency platforms.

· Exceptional oral articulation and high-impact business communication skills.

· Ability to gauge corporate hierarchies and track competitor talent movements.
