Zinq Electronics is conducting a Walk-In Interview Drive for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
- Handle onboarding and employee documentation.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and achieve hiring targets.
