We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our HR team as HR Recruiters. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. This role provides an opportunity to learn and gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with the hiring team.
- Source candidates through social media platforms, job portals and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
- Coordinate with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining formalities.
- Support the HR team in recruitment activities and hiring drives.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
- Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team.
- Basic understanding of LinkedIn and social media platforms is an advantage.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Degree / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / MBA (HR) graduates.
- Only freshers can apply.
