Shift: Night Shift | Full time Experience: Freshers / 1+ Year
Job Responsibilities
- Source candidates through Naukri and other portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and joining.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data.
- Achieve daily/monthly hiring targets.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply; 1+ year recruitment experience preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- Comfortable with night shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
